By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Personal Information
When you use the AGRIeGO™ app, you provide personal information such as your name, address, email address, postal code, password, gender, mobile phone number, date of birth, and profile picture, which will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile.
You may also submit ID proof for verification purposes.
The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed by matching your PM Kisan Card details with the registered mobile number to ensure the authenticity of your account and enable access to the app's services.
1.2 Agricultural and Service-Related Information
In order to facilitate agricultural services and related operations, we may collect and process the following information:
- Farm, land, or field details, including location and size
- Crop-related information, including crop type, cultivation practices, and related data
- Service booking, scheduling, execution, and completion details associated with services requested or provided through the platform
1.3 Technical and Usage Information
- We may automatically collect and process certain technical and usage-related information when users access or use our platform, including:
- Device identifiers, operating system details, application version, and network information;
- Application usage data, access logs, timestamps, interaction records, and performance metrics;
- Error logs, crash reports, and other diagnostic or analytical information necessary to maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
- The Company collects, uses, and processes personal data strictly for lawful, legitimate, and specified business purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Such purposes include, without limitation:
- Establishing, administering, and maintaining user accounts, including user registration, authentication, and access control
- Conducting identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, due diligence, and fulfilling regulatory and compliance obligations
- Administering referral programs, incentives, rewards, and processing payments or payouts
- Enabling, managing, and delivering services, including service booking, scheduling, fulfillment, and related operational activities
- Providing customer support, responding to inquiries, and managing communications with users
- Detecting, preventing, investigating, and mitigating fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other unlawful or unauthorized activities

3. KYC & Verification Data
Know Your Customer (KYC) information is collected strictly for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Such data is processed only for these stated purposes and is neither misused nor shared unlawfully with third parties.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
AGRIeGO™ does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
User data may be shared only under the following circumstances:
- Authorized service providers: Trusted third-party vendors (such as payment processors, SMS/OTP providers, or cloud services) strictly for the purpose of operating and delivering AGRIeGO™ services.
- Legal and regulatory obligations: Government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or regulators when disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
- Protection of rights and safety: When necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or integrity of AGRIeGO™, its users, or the public.
All third parties with access to user data are contractually obligated to process such data securely, confidentially, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Data Storage & Security
AGRIeGO™ may collect, process, store, transfer, and retain your personal data on its servers located in India and/or on the servers of its authorized third-party service providers, which may be located within or outside India, strictly in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). Such processing is undertaken for lawful purposes, subject to appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, security, and protection of personal data.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to:
- Fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected, as outlined in this Privacy Policy
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal obligations, or governmental requests
- Enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and protect our legal rights
- Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data, the purpose of processing, and legal or operational requirements.

7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for complying with all obligations set out in this Policy and for accessing and using the AGRIeGO™ application in a lawful, accurate, and responsible manner.
7.1 Eligibility & Legal Capacity
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity and authority to access and use the App in accordance with applicable law. Users who do not meet these requirements must not access or use the App.
7.2 Accuracy of Information
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, data, and documentation provided, submitted, or maintained through the App—including personal identification details, land or field information, ownership or usage rights, banking or payment details, and contact information—is accurate, complete, lawful, authentic, and kept up to date at all times.
7.3 Field Disclosure & Safety Obligations
Farmers, landowners, and authorized field operators must clearly, accurately, and proactively inform AGRIeGO™ in advance of any condition, object, structure, or restriction in or near the agricultural field that may pose safety, operational, legal, or regulatory risks, including but not limited to animals or livestock, ponds, wells, canals, irrigation systems, electric or power lines, residential or commercial structures, roads, public pathways, neighboring properties, or government-restricted or regulated land. AGRIeGO™ shall not be responsible or liable for any issues, losses, damages, delays, penalties, or adverse consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undisclosed field-related information.
7.4 Account Security:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, restricting access to their account, and for all activities conducted through their account, and must promptly notify AGRIeGO™ of any actual or suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security breach.
7.5 Verification, KYC & Compliance Cooperation:
Farmers, landowners, and authorized field operators must clearly, accurately, and proactively inform AGRIeGO™ in advance of any condition, object, structure, or restriction in or near the agricultural field that may pose safety, operational, legal, or regulatory risks, including but not limited to animals or livestock, ponds, wells, canals, irrigation systems, electric or power lines, residential or commercial structures, roads, public pathways, neighboring properties, or government-restricted or regulated land. AGRIeGO™ shall not be responsible or liable for any issues, losses, damages, delays, penalties, or adverse consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undisclosed field-related information.
7.6 Prohibited Conduct & Misrepresentation:
Users must not provide false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information, misrepresent land ownership or permissions, attempt to circumvent verification or compliance processes, or use the App in an unauthorized, unlawful, reckless, or negligent manner.
7.7 Enforcement, Privacy & Liability Acknowledgement:
Any breach of this Section may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of access to the App, refusal of services, and the pursuit of any legal or equitable remedies available to AGRIeGO™ under applicable law, without prior notice and without liability. All collection, use, storage, verification, and disclosure of user information shall be governed by the AGRIeGO™ Privacy Policy, and the limitations of responsibility, exclusions, and risk allocations applicable to AGRIeGO™ services are set out in the Liability Disclaimer, both of which form an integral part of this Policy and are incorporated herein by reference.
8. User Rights
Subject to applicable laws and regulations, users may have the right to:
- Access their personal information held by AGRIeGO™
- Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data
- Request deletion of personal data, where legally permissible and subject to statutory retention requirements
- Control Advertising Preferences, including the right to:
- Provide or withdraw consent for advertising communications
- Disable or stop advertisements displayed within the App, where such controls are made available
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their AGRIeGO™ account and associated personal data by contacting AGRIeGO™ support through the mobile application or official communication channels. Account deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and operational data retention requirements. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, and such retained data will be securely stored and restricted from active use.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
AGRIeGO™ is a digital agriculture platform operated by Hawking Drone Sprayers Pvt. Ltd. (HDSPPL), facilitating agricultural drone spraying and related agricultural services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing service cancellations and refunds.
By booking, scheduling, or using any service through the AGRIeGO™ mobile application, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9.1 Service Cancellation
9.1.1 AGRIeGO™ reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, delay, or modify any service due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Adverse or unsafe weather conditions
- Safety or operational concerns
- Regulatory, statutory, or legal restrictions
- Airspace limitations, no-fly zones, or aviation restrictions
- Technical, mechanical, or system-related issues
- Sudden government notifications, orders, or restrictions
- Other operational or logistical constraints beyond reasonable control
9.1.2 Users may request cancellation of a booked service through the AGRIeGO™ mobile application or official communication channels prior to the commencement of service logistics.
9.1.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted before the dispatch or movement of the AGRIeGO™ service vehicle, drone unit, or truck from its current operational location toward the user's service location.
9.1.4 Cancellation requests received after service logistics have commenced, including vehicle or drone movement, or after service execution has started, may not be eligible for refunds.
9.2 Refund Eligibility
9.2.1 Refunds, if applicable, shall be considered only for services cancelled before execution and subject to compliance with this Policy.
9.2.2 No refund shall be applicable once the service has been fully or partially executed, including field preparation, drone deployment, or spraying operations.
9.2.3 Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, services cancelled, postponed, or suspended due to the following circumstances shall be eligible for refund, provided the service has not been executed:
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Unsafe or poor weather conditions
- No-fly zones or airspace restrictions
- Sudden government announcements, regulatory orders, or statutory prohibitions
- Temporary suspension of operations mandated by competent authorities
9.2.4 Refund eligibility may vary depending on:
- The nature and scope of the service
- Booking terms applicable at the time of confirmation
- Compliance with AGRIeGO™ operational, safety, and disclosure requirements
9.2.5 All refund requests are subject to internal verification, assessment, and approval by AGRIeGO™.
9.3 Refund Processing
9.3.1 Approved refunds shall be credited only to the user's registered bank account linked with AGRIeGO™.
9.3.2 Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
9.3.3 Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:
- Banking institutions
- Payment gateways
- Third-party service providers
9.3.4 AGRIeGO™ shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking systems, payment processors, or third-party service providers.
9.4 Non-Refundable Cases
9.4.1 Refunds shall not be applicable in cases including but not limited to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the user
- Wrong field location, incorrect service area details, or inaccurate land access information
- Inaccessibility of the agricultural field or service location at the scheduled time
- Failure to disclose safety hazards, restricted areas, obstacles, or field conditions
- Regulatory or legal restrictions preventing service execution due to user-provided data
- Submission of false, insufficient, or unsupported documentation prior to service confirmation
- Force majeure events where partial or full service execution has already commenced
9.5 Misuse & Policy Violations
9.5.1 Any misuse of the cancellation or refund process, including fraudulent claims, misrepresentation of field data, or false statements, may result in:
- Rejection of refund requests
- Suspension or termination of the user account
- Denial of future services
- Additional legal or remedial action as permitted under applicable laws
9.6 Final Decision
9.6.1 All decisions regarding service cancellations and refunds shall be made by AGRIeGO™ in accordance with this Policy, operational feasibility, and applicable laws.
9.6.2 Such decisions shall be final and binding, subject to statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
10. Referral Program Policy
10.1 Eligibility
- The AGRIeGO™ referral program is exclusively available to verified farmers registered on the AGRIeGO™ application.
- Referrals originating from non-farming domains, unverified users, or ineligible accounts shall not qualify for referral benefits.
10.2 Conditions for a Successful Referral
A referral shall be considered successful only when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The referred farmer installs the AGRIeGO™ application using a valid referral code or referral link issued by an eligible referrer;
- The referred farmer completes all mandatory KYC verification requirements, and such verification is successfully approved by AGRIeGO™;
- Referral offers are applicable only to Indian mobile numbers registered under the country code (+91).
10.3 Referral Rewards
- Referral rewards shall be credited only after successful completion and verification of KYC of the referred farmer.
- AGRIeGO™ reserves the right to withhold, modify, suspend, or cancel referral rewards in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of applicable policies or Terms & Conditions.
11. Booking-Based Reward Policy
Additional rewards may be offered to referrers based on successful service bookings completed by the referred farmer, subject to AGRIeGO™'s prevailing policies.
11.1 Booking Eligibility
Booking-based rewards are applicable only after successful completion of the booked service.
Eligibility shall be determined based on the final confirmed booking acreage, service scope, or parameters, as recorded in AGRIeGO™ systems.
11.2 Reward Rules
Booking-based rewards shall be applicable per referred farmer, and not cumulatively across multiple referred users.
Rewards shall be credited only after service completion and internal verification by AGRIeGO™.
Booking-based rewards are independent of the basic referral reward and may vary based on AGRIeGO™'s offer structure, campaigns, or policies in effect at the time of booking.
12. Reward Credit & Usage
- All approved rewards shall be credited only to the user's registered and verified bank account or approved payment method linked with the AGRIeGO™ application.
- Rewards are strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be assigned to any other individual or account.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged, substituted, or encashed in any other form unless expressly permitted by AGRIeGO™ in writing.
- AGRIeGO™ reserves the right to delay, adjust, reverse, withhold, or cancel rewards in cases including but not limited to verification failure, suspected misuse, policy violations, technical discrepancies, or operational constraints.
13. Fraud & Misuse Policy
AGRIeGO™ is committed to maintaining the integrity, security, and fairness of its platform. Any form of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the services is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent or abusive activities include, but are not limited to, the creation or use of fake, duplicate, or unauthorized accounts; submission of false, misleading, or manipulated referrals; exploitation or manipulation of booking systems, incentives, or reward mechanisms; and any activity intended to deceive, circumvent safeguards, or gain an unfair or unlawful advantage.
Where AGRIeGO™ reasonably suspects or determines that a user has engaged in fraud or misuse, AGRIeGO™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to any other remedies available under law, to take one or more of the following actions:
- Suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the user's access to the platform;
- Cancel, reverse, withhold, or forfeit any pending or previously credited rewards, benefits, or incentives;
- Deny participation in current or future promotional, referral, or incentive programs.
All assessments, investigations, and determinations relating to fraud or misuse shall be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and internal controls. The decisions of AGRIeGO™ in such matters shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory legal rights or remedies available to the user under applicable law.
14. Advertising Policies
The following policies govern advertising services provided on the AGRIeGO™ Platform. These policies apply to all Advertisers (Agriculture OEMs, drone service providers, agri-input manufacturers, etc.) utilizing the Platform for promotional purposes.
15. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate or rely on third-party service providers to facilitate certain functionalities, including but not limited to payment processing, SMS or notification delivery, analytics, customer support, and infrastructure services.
AGRIeGO™ does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security measures, or content of such third-party services. The collection, use, and processing of personal data by these third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they interact with through the App to understand how their information is handled.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
AGRIeGO™ may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, operational practices, or service enhancements. Any updates will become effective immediately upon being published within the App or on the official AGRIeGO™ website. Continued access to or use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
17. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or relating to these Privacy Policy and the use of the AGRIeGO™ application.
